Ashley Taggart, LMFT
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in 2006. Before transitioning into a more authentic career path, I earned my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado and worked in the financial and private wealth management sector.
As part of my graduate training, I worked with very high risk adolescents and their families. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families struggling with depression/anxiety, high levels of family conflict, substance abuse/addiction, and issues of self-harm and suicidal ideation.
Outside of the office, you will find me spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga or doing CrossFit, or immersing myself in continual exploration of the exciting fields of mindfulness, neuroscience, and attachment theory.
I have always been interested in people, the factors that shape who we are and the stories that we create for ourselves. It is such a privilege to do the work that I do, helping others discover and align with their values and purpose. My greatest gifts and teachers are my husband and two daughters.
